The staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the free shuttle to the zoo, had great drivers to and from. We loved the spa with available towels after walking all day. The breakfast buffet is very good. Our room with a fireplace was way beyond our expectations. We can't wait to go back when the water park is open!
This really felt like more like a home rather than a hotel. Extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were perfect -- many different sizes to please all and not cheap. Easy access to the Loop 270. They really do care about their guests and were so friendly. With the Honda plant nearby, they even cater to their frequent Japanese audience with rice cookers available to check out and serving rice and Miso soup along side American continental breakfast including eggs and sausage. The manager's happy hour reception was well attended and I met other friendly guests. I consider myself a bit of a hotel snob, so to receive this glowing recommendation does not come lightly!
THANK YOU FOR EXCEEDING MY EXPECTATIONS!
Driving up, you'll see what looks like a cute little apartment complex with a clubhouse in the center. When you go to check in, have a look at the nice carpeted area, the fireplace, the small...
We travelled to Columbus Ohio to visit the Zoo and see the Columbus over the 2012 Christmas Break. We had decided to bring our Golden Retrievers with us and found the Chase Suite Hotel to be Pet Friendly so we made a reservation. We were very surprised when we arrived and were equally impressed with the Quality of the hotel itself, the spacious room and the ease of access in and out of the suites. We asked for a ground floor room and our request was filled. We had a single King Suite and it had a full living room with full kitchen complete with Frig, Full Stove, Microwave and all the necessary dishes etc to allow us to make some of our own meals.
The hotel is very close to some fantastic shopping, it is across the street from a movie theatre, and down the road from old town Dublin where there are fantastic restaurants to eat. Nothing in this area is expensive as we found high quality meals for excellent pricing. Try the
Sweet Clove Sunshine Cafe oin Sawmill Road for Breakfasts (They have the ultimate in tasty food) or the J.Liu of Dublin Restaurant for dinner (the Asian Lettuce Wrap is dynamite). You will not go wrong.
It snowed considerable on both days we were they and they hotel made sure that the walkways were always cleared for us.
The Chase Suite is a Classy Hotel, it is close to lots of things to do, has excellent rates for the quality provided (Breakfasts included) and it far exceeded our expectations and we stay in at least 60 hotel rooms per year.
We were very happy with our choice but bring your swimming trunks - they have a great HOT TUB.
Thanks for a wonderful Christmas visit to your Hotel.

This all-suite hotel is a great value. We live locally and needed a place to stay for a few days with our small pet. We were able to get a suite on the main floor with direct parking. Very convenient. Plump towels, very nice bedding, newer furniture, flat screen television, full kitchen with eat-at bar. French doors close off the sleeping area from the living area. Perfect for our lifestyle. Individual thermostat. Heated bath. Daily maid service, Full breakfast, evening drinks and appetizers. Sales manager was very accommodating with our needs and requests. Desk staff were also helpful. We were presented a thank you package the first day of our stay. Very nice touch. This is not a Four Seasons property with a Four Seasons price, but it has everything you need to be comfortable for a long stay. We would stay again and would recommend the hotel to friends and business associates.
This is the real deal – a value hotel that is family friendly and while not luxurious it offers everything you need in a hotel. It’s really more like a resort. More details below... THE HOTEL...
